Horse Trekking
Dunton Stables & Horse Trekking Holiday Centre in Curdworth, North Warwickshire offer both novice and experienced riders short treks across local countryside. You can either enjoy day treks or evening trekking with a snack at a local pub at the end. Our trained riding staff lead horse and pony treks across Kingsbury Water Park with their lush marshland, landscaped lakes and woodland.
If you are a novice horse rider, don't let it stop you as we also provide ABRS approved horse riding lessons. If you are an experienced rider yourself and want to bring your kids, then our experienced staff are on hand to supervise your group. Its a great day out for all the family as we follow picturesque bridleways free from the hussle and bussle of city life.
Horse Trek to the Pub
Why not try one of our 'pub treks'? If you like going horse trekking and also like a bite to eat and drink at a country pub, you will enjoy out pub treks. Its a good chance to socialise with other horse lovers and make friends as you take it easy and ride at a lesiurely pace and then take a break for a light lunch or evening meal at the local canal side pub; The Dog and Doublet. Our pub horse trekking is suitable for all horse riding abilities as it does not include any trotting or cantering.
North Warwickshire Horse Trekking
Enjoy our horse trekking days out as we guide you across the Kingsbury Water Park, in Warwickshire. You really get a chance to get away from your your busy life and swicth off still gives the rider an 'away from it all' feeling as he or she goes alongside the River Tame, a name linguistically meaning 'dark water' that flows for 30 miles in Staffordshire and Warwickshire.
